The Screw Feeder system conveys sticky, moist and poorly flowing products to the buckets continuously and under control, reducing the build-up and feeding irregularities typical of systems based solely on vibration.

Configurations for fresh and high-moisture applications

The series is developed for applications such as meat and poultry, fish and seafood, marinated products, preparations with sauces, fermented or pickled vegetables and other cohesive products.

Up to 150 weighments per minute

Available in 14, 16 and 20-head configurations, with stated maximum speeds of 110, 120 and 150 weighments per minute respectively.

Hygienic design for frequent washdowns

SUS304 stainless steel product-contact surfaces, protection for washdown environments and an anti-condensation system help ensure the reliability of electrical components in high-humidity environments.
