Detection of metallic and non-metallic contaminants

It detects Fe, non-Fe and stainless steel, as well as high-density contaminants such as glass, stone and ceramic. It can also identify some product defects.

Three inspection widths

The series is available with an effective aperture of 180, 280 or 380 mm, so the configuration can be matched to the size of the product and pack.

Compact design and easy integration

The small footprint makes it easy to install on existing lines and makes the TXE suitable for plants with multiple production lines.

AI algorithms available for image analysis

The platform can be configured with Techik artificial intelligence algorithms to support the recognition of contaminants and anomalies and improve inspection accuracy.
